The trend for the past few years has been rather minimalistic and very casual. That makes it difficult for those of us who love to make and wear ornate jewelry. We have a narrow market in which to sell our goods. When I started creating jewelry in 1989, the minimalist craze was just starting. I continued to make my jewelry and perfect my craft.<\/p>\n

Fashion is fleeting. Everyone finally got tired of looking like a plain Jane by the mid-1990’s. Enter the BoHo craze!<\/p>\n

Those of us who create and love to wear beautiful, unique jewelry will rejoice to see women once again embracing accessories. Setting yourself apart with just the right statement piece to complete your look is starting to be in favor again.<\/p>\n

Necklaces, statement earrings, and fabulous ornate cuffs showed up on many of the Fall 2018 runways again. Pearls and over the top use of stampings and filigrees are once again being embraced by design houses such as Gucci, Dolce and Gabbana, and Versace.<\/p>\n
